2025 HS Volleyball Awards Ceremony RSVP- Honored Players

You and your parent will complete this form if you are an honored player or varsity volleyball head coach in the Albuquerque Metro area. If you are player being honored in the following categories: All Metro Team including Honorable Mention; All-Academic (any senior with a 3.5 cumulative GPA), Senior Student/Athlete nominee, should also RSVP. There is no cost for this event. Also, there will be no food or drinks available at the Awards Ceremony.

The 20th Annual Award Ceremony sponsored by Marty Saiz's State Farm Agency is on Sunday, December 14th at Rio Rancho High School' Performing Arts Center at 4:00 pm. Doors open at 3:30 pm. Rio Rancho High School is located at 301 Loma Colorado Blvd NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.

WAIVER:
I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the individual named above, do hereby permit my daughter to attend the 20th Annual Albuquerque Metro High School Volleyball Award Ceremonies on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Your initials below certify that the Athlete’s physical condition is sufficient for attending this event. I hereby release and discharge the Albuquerque Metro High School Volleyball Coaches Association, Rio Rancho Public School District, and corporate sponsors their employees, staff, coaches, heirs and executors from any and all liability resulting from my daughter’s attendance in any aspect of the Awards Ceremony. I hereby assume responsibility for any, and all costs associated with treatment for any injury or health issue that arises during her attendance in the Awards Ceremony.
